I have got some of the coolest, multi-purpose items in the store right now and felt the need to share them with you!
First I've got this fantastically cute satin dress that was screaming for a belt so I've whipped up a bunch of reversible cumberbund style belts that tie in the back. Great for giving that sack-like tunic or dress some real shape and a splash of color.
I've also found more ways to wear the tube scarves I've been making! You can also wear them as a wrap around your shoulders for those strapless or tank style holiday dresses you'll be sporting over the holidays! Cozy and fashionable at the same time. What could be better!?
Local designer Dizzy Dame has brought in some fantastic pucker up scarves and they do look beautiful worn as a scarf of course but I discovered today that they also look gorgeous worn as a shrug! Just bunch them up, wrap them around your shoulders and tie them in a lovely bow at your back and VOILA! Instant prettiness and flannel coziness! Again, a great combo!
A rockin' mini dress/tunic by Experimental Designs along with one of my kimono style jersey belts topped off with one of Dizzy Dame's linen cowls.
And finally a great little wool tunic by local designer, Hug Me By Carmen along with another one of Dizzy Dame's ruffle scarves finished off with one of my reversible belts! I'm finding the prints I've got to choose from in my upholstery sample collection are making the perfect additions of pattern and color to a lot of the tunics and dresses we've got in the store right now. And don't forget, I've still got my 25% off sale on ALL of our Sew Dandee Treasures second hand items so, get your butts down here today! We've got something for every one on your gift list as well as lots of goodies for YOU too!
